The short version: you send a request, we confirm it with you personally, and nothing is final until we both agree.

1. Order requests

Sending an order request through this website is not a purchase. It tells AtomBox what you’d like and how to reach you. A request is not a confirmed order and no payment is taken online.

AtomBox will contact you to confirm availability, the final price, any delivery charge and the payment method. Your order is confirmed only when we both agree to those details.

2. Prices

  • All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
  • The price shown when you send a request is the price we’ll honour when confirming, unless there was an obvious error — in which case we’ll tell you before anything is agreed.
  • Delivery charges, if any, depend on where you are and are shared when we confirm your order, before you agree to anything.

3. Availability

  • In stock — ready to ship once your order is confirmed.
  • Made to order — made after confirmation. We’ll give you a timeline before you commit.
  • Out of stock — not available to request right now.

4. Handmade pieces

Many AtomBox pieces are made by hand. Small differences in grain, glaze, colour and finish are part of what makes each one individual, and aren’t defects. Product images may be illustrations where noted.

5. Changes and cancellations

You can change or withdraw a request at any time before your order is confirmed, at no cost. Cancellation terms after confirmation — particularly for made-to-order pieces, which are made specially for you — are explained when we confirm your order, so you know them before you commit.

6. Delivery, damage and returns

We’ll tell you the delivery area, the expected timeframe, and how we handle damage in transit and returns when we confirm your order — before you agree to anything. If something arrives damaged, let us know as soon as you can so we can put it right.

7. Using this website

Product suggestions from the product finder are guidance only; the product page is the source of truth for prices, availability and details. Please don’t misuse the order request form (for example, by sending automated or false requests).

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you send a request applies to it. See also our Privacy Policy.
